Our hot picks for February, in The Common Room, are in. If you find yourself in need of a tasty pick-me-up why not try one of the following amazing dishes:
Oysters – served in 1’s, 2’s, 3’s, 4’s and plenties. Each comes dressed up to the nines. Yum!
Mini salmon cakes / rough tartar sauce – need we say more?
Risotto / wild mushrooms / peas / buffalo labne – as Roald Dahl would say they are scrumdiddlyumptious
Parma ham & cheese bitterballen / pommery mustard – definitely our idea of food heaven.
Hand cut chips – because the best chips are always cut by hand.
Buffalo mozzarella / yellow pear tomato / radish / pea shoot salad – in the Common Room healthy certainly doesn’t mean boring.
Summer berries / lemongrass sabayon – light and tasty. A perfect way to end a meal in this incredible summer heat.
