It seems that in the USA big name chefs are trading their kitchens for a night or two. This, apparently, keeps things interesting for both diners and chefs.
It’s a gimmick that has proved so popular that some chefs now have permanent one-night gigs that see them taking over humble diners every week.
I think this is a great idea and an awesome adventure for the both chef and diners. Is this something that can work in South Africa? I suppose the question shouldn’t be will it work but rather is there anyone interested in a little bit of Kitchen Swapping?
