This is week two of Neil Jewell’s 2010 World Cup inspired sausage dishes. On offer – this week – is the following:
- Pork & oyster terrine, date puree & bacon chips
- Greek turi
- Spanish omelette, poached egg & chorizo dressing
- Boudin blanc, confit duck hearts & apple
- Corn & beef sausage
All these dishes are available exclusively at Bread & Wine Vineyard Restaurant on Môreson Farm until Saturday the 26th of June 2010.
