We’ve added a new programme to the Le Quartier Français Culinary Concierge offering. The Back to Basics Programme is a a true artisanal experience; where participants will discover how to turn dough into bread, cream into butter and milk into cheese.

Take part and spend time going back-to-basics in the owner’s kitchen. Learn how to use a natural starter to bake sourdough bread in a wood burning oven; discover the therapeutic nature of churning butter from farm cream and explore the art of making a selection of fresh cheeses.
